Dhow Palace Hotel has been using the Wealthy Walker booking channel manager for the past 3 years. We were among the first few hotels that implemented this channel management system in East Africa. The first generation of this app was ok, it had its limitations but was working well for our needs. The latest iteration has been just a marvel to use. The UI is really sleek, updating pricing, availability, closing/opening rooms has become so simple and easy to use. Looking up bookings is a breeze. All the information we need on a daily basis is just a few clicks away. Implementing the system on our website has been a really good experience. Potential guests can easily book straight from our website. The app also includes a way of offering our guests discounts using the booking engine offer generator. Potential guest can also book though social media platforms such as Facebook with ease. Customer service is also excellent. Any arising issues are solved within a max of few hours, and if there are user errors , the team explains this in a straight forward way. Juggling all the various online OTA has with the help of Wealthy Walker App been a breeze. We are indeed very happy we opted for this channel management software.
